New Year, New Printer, New Ways to Serve our Customers

It has been a busy 2016 at Hoosier Pattern so far. 

Foundry tooling, 3D Printed Sand and now…

 

We are excited to announce that we have purchased a Stratasys Fortus 450mc! This 3D printer will allow us to: 

  • Print sample prototype parts
  • Print supports to assist in machining patterns and gating with offset partings
  • Print CMM and machining supports/fixtures
  • Produce patterns for low volume runs

The ways to benefit customers with this printer are endless. It will speed up processes and products to our customers for quicker turn around times. It’s just one more tool in our toolbox to offer more solutions to our customers. Current lead time on the new printer is one week. 

 

  

 

Build envelope size: 406 x 355 x 406 mm (16 x 14 x 16 in.)

We have installed our new printer, trained employees on how to use it and it is up and ready to be put to work.
