Hoosier Pattern paved the way in additive manufacturing by unveiling a S-Max™ 3-D sand printer in 2013. We are proud to have been the first shop in the Americas to own and operate a 3D sand printer in-house. This innovative piece of equipment opened the door for an entirely new form of manufacturing. It has changed the industry by solving many problems that have previously made parts too costly or too difficult to machine.

3D Sand Printing

We design and create molds and cores, bypassing the fabrication of a pattern with our 3D sand printing technology. Prototype designs simultaneously can be sand printed quickly and at a cheaper cost than conventional subtractive manufacturing methods.

FDM Printing

Perfect for printing sample prototype parts or patterns for low-volume runs. FDM Printing can be done in various materials, including ABS, ASA, Nylon 12, and PA12CF35. It’s just one of the many options we offer to help you find the best and most cost-effective solution.
