Local Community Involvement
Giving Back Is Part of Who We Are, and How We Serve
Keith Gerber and the employees of Hoosier Pattern strive to build relationships with local businesses, organizations, schools, and individuals in our community.
Hoosier Pattern works with the Adams County Community Foundation to help those severely in need, adopting families facing undue hardships over the Christmas holidays to help them with their utility bills, gas and food, and clothing, as well as providing Christmas gifts for their children.
President Keith Gerber is a founding member of the Adams-Wells Manufacturing Alliance, a group of manufacturers, educators, and community leaders who meet monthly to work towards improving technical training for skilled trades at the high school level.
Hoosier Pattern has donated over $30,000.00 in tools and equipment to Bellmont High School’s Metals Lab, as well as donated equipment and tools to South Adams High School’s Area 18 Machine Trades program in Berne, IN. Hoosier Pattern is a sponsor of the Machine Trades’ participants in the SkillsUSA CNC Milling Technology Competition.
