Since opening our doors in 1997, Keith Gerber, President of Hoosier Pattern, and the Hoosier Pattern employees have worked to ensure that every project is completed within the agreed-upon timeframe. With our precision planning and real-time model reviews, we deliver a 96% on-time delivery rate on projects. Our commitment to quality is reflected in every job, and we ensure that if we make a promise, we deliver on it, no matter what.

With every project, whether it involves hard tooling or 3D sand printing, we maintain constant communication to ensure that “what you see is what you get”. Our experienced and dedicated employees welcome daily team meetings to ensure the project is done right the first time. When it comes to our CAD/CAM software, it is integrated to provide you with real-time model reviews and collaboration.
Revolutionizing Sustainable Practices
Over the years, we have focused on making sustainability built into every step of our process and are setting the standard for efficient, eco-conscious manufacturing. By investing in cutting-edge equipment, we have built a one-of-a-kind thermal sand reclaimer system. By burning off the binder of the additional sand left in the 3D sand printing job box, we can reuse the sand in future projects and significantly reduce the amount sent to the landfill. When the reclaimer is in use, we can reclaim around 700lbs an hour. Throughout the year, we now reclaim 90% of our sand waste to use towards future projects.
Looking To The Future
We continue to make investments in our facility to ensure that we maintain the industry standard. Recent investments of over $1.75 million in 2024-2025 have modernized our facility with sand printers, sand trommels, CNC machines, and more, keeping us at the forefront of manufacturing technology. Additionally, our investment in our in-house silica sand screening ensures tight control over the Grain Fineness Number (GFN), resulting in consistent print and casting quality.
