Hoosier Pattern, Inc. has paved the way in additive manufacturing with the unveiling of a new S-Max™ 3-D sand printer in 2013. We are proud to have been the first shop in the Americas to own and operate a 3D sand printer, in-house. This innovative piece of equipment opened the door for an entirely new form of manufacturing. It has changed the industry by solving many of the problems that have previously made parts too costly or too difficult to machine.

As an early adopter of this state-of-the-art equipment and revolutionary new manufacturing process, Hoosier Pattern, Inc. found ourselves at the forefront of the additive manufacturing movement.  We have used this as motivation to continue in our pursuits for the best up and coming technologies in both additive and subtractive manufacturing. This pursuit has most recently led us to purchase our latest additive manufacturing piece of equipment, an FDM printer, in January of 2016.

But it won’t stop there! We are dedicated to providing our clients with the most diverse and advanced technology that manufacturing has to offer. This means that you can expect to see even more from us in the years to come. 3D Sand Printing
